Okavango Delta
The Okavango Delta is a unique place in the world since it simply disappears in the desert. The water produced by seasonal floodings generated by rainfalls in Angola flows for approximately 1'200 kilometers and spreads over the 250 x 150 km area of the Delta.
It hosts a large variety of wildlife attracted by the floods and permanent water.
Moremi Game Reserve is located on the eastern side of the Delta and is a combination of permanent water aready with drier area making it quite unique.
