Tanzania Photographic Portfolio

Tanzania is the African country I have returned to more than any other — camera in hand, year after year, safari after safari.

From the endless plains of the Serengeti to the elephants of Tarangire, from the dramatic beauty of Ngorongoro to the remote wilderness of Ruaha, Nyerere, Katavi and Mkomazi, each place has left its own mark on my photographic journey.

This page brings together a selection of my main Tanzania galleries. By clicking on the images, you can explore the full collections in my photography portfolio — thousands of wildlife photographs created over many years of travel, observation, patience and unforgettable moments in the African bush.

Tanzania National Parks

Each national park in Tanzania has its own unique character, habitats and photographic opportunities.

The galleries below offer a journey through some of Africa’s most remarkable ecosystems, showcasing a selection of images dedicated to each destination. From vast savannahs and dramatic landscapes to intimate wildlife encounters, every gallery reflects a different aspect of Tanzania’s extraordinary natural heritage.

African Wildlife

Tanzania is home to an extraordinary diversity of wildlife, from the iconic mammals of the African savannah to the countless bird species that inhabit its lakes, rivers and forests.

The galleries below are dedicated to some of the African animals I have had the privilege to observe and photograph over the years during my safaris and wildlife journeys. Each image reflects not only the beauty of these species, but also the unforgettable moments spent in some of Africa’s most remarkable natural environments.
